Pizza Rosalie: The Hidden Gem of Portland Pizza with Exquisite Crusts

First time here. Ordered the Margherita. Gotta say best Margherita pizza in portland metro area. Owner was great to talk to. He knows what he is doing. My wife said her favorite also. Plus the price is more than fair for the quality of his product.

It was amazingly yummy. Actually, I had realized that the store had opened, but I hadn’t yet tried it until today. I should’ve tried it earlier! Ordered the Margherita with mushrooms.(I should have taken a picture before eating) The dough is thin and the pizza crust is chewy. If you haven't tried it yet, you should do so right now…!

Pizza has a flavorful crust, however the pizzas we got were very chewy to the point our mouths were tired after a couple slices. The owner is obviously passionate about what he does, but the process to order was initially confusing. You need to text the morning of the day you want to pick up and will get a response a few hours later. I understand the reasoning behind the text to order since the location isn't ideal for walk in foot traffic. But overall the pizza wasn't as good as other options we have in Portland so we are glad we tried it but will skip it in the future.

Amazing one-man operation. The pizzas were delicious and the ingredients clearly fresh. I highly recommend the mushroom pizza!!! I was lucky because I ordered on a Wednesday wax told to be aware that you need to text in your order in early because he sells out fast so plan ahead. I was told soon there will be a smash-burger next to it under same ownership.

First time getting pizza from Pizza Rosalie was a wonderful experience. I texted the number letting them know what I wanted. I got a text back and gave a time for pick up. The food cart area was clean and the pizza tasted delicious! I would recommend to anyone who is in the area to try out.

If you're looking for pizza this place is top tier! The ingredients are high quality and fresh and the crust has that perfect char from the oven that gives it even more flavor. The owner is a one-man powerhouse. Friendly, accommodating, and clearly passionate about his food. This place is a real gem. Our new local go to for pizza nights. 5 stars aren't enough!

Got the pepperoni and the pesto pizzas and both were incredible!!! Pizzas came out pretty fast! Plus the owner was super nice and friendly. Would absolutely go back.

I am blown away by this pizza. A coworker recommended it and this is by far one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I was initially skeptical about ordering something with so few toppings but this mushroom pizza is on another level. Really excited to try out the others! Highly recommend.
